CONSULTATION REQUEST AND PAYMENT

1 hour consultation – $185.00 AUD

INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL.

CONSULTS CAN BE IN-CLINIC (HERVEY BAY), PHONE, FACETIME. ETC

If the patient has a contact option for the consult, they can arrange to invite me to join them at a set time.

Depending on if the consultation is national or international, I will be requesting prior information by email, Messager, etc.

MOST IMPORTANT: When moving through the process to payment, please when you get to POST/SEND section, select local pickup. 

 As soon as I receive the paid order form, I will be in contact with you.
